Information for patients
Dr Jane Aitken left the practice on 11th April after 12 years as a GP at Claremont. We are of course sorry to see her go but wish her all the best for the future.
We will be taking the opportunity to rationalise our individual patient lists. In the meantime the care of Dr Aitken's patients will be shared between the other GPs in the practice. We will advise her patients of their new named GP as soon as possible as we appreciate that changing Doctors can be unsettling.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, and be assured that we continue to be committed to providing the best possible service for our patients.
