Improving Patient Appointments

We have been listening to your feedback regarding the appointment system at Claremont, and are excited to announce that from Monday, 4th March, booking to see our team will never have been easier.


By making some simple changes to our appointment schedule we have increased pre-bookable appointment by 65%! This means that you will be more likely to find an appointment to suit your busy work, family or personal life. You can book these appointments online. So don't spend ages waiting in a telephone queue - save yourself that time by logging into SystmOnline and select the appointment you like.


In an equally exciting improvement to the service we offer, we have analysed which days of the week are the busiest with patients requesting to see a GP or Nurse that day. By matching this with increased GP numbers, we will be able to more efficiently address all those problems which cannot wait for the next pre-bookable appointment.


In the past, you may have been asked to "call back at 8am tomorrow". We recognise how frustrating this has been. Moving forward, our team are committed to never saying this again. You will, with one phone call, receive either a pre-booked appointment or an appointment to speak to one of our Same-Day GP/Nurse Team that day.


It's that simple!
