For The Attention of the Patients of Dr Kevin Douglas and Dr Barry Coakley

Following the retirement of Dr Kevin Douglas we have taken this opportunity to rationalise our individual GP’s list sizes .   This also involved the patients of Dr Coakley .  As a result, the following transfers will take place with effect from 12^th February:

• Patients registered with Dr Kevin Douglas with surnames starting with A to Q to Dr Lisa Gibbons
• Patients registered with Dr Kevin Douglas with surnames starting with R to S to Dr Charlotte Benning
• Patients registered with Dr Kevin Douglas with surnames starting with T to Z to Dr Joe Mays
• Patients registered with Dr Barry Coakley with surnames starting with A to F to Dr Charlotte Benning
• Patients registered with Dr Barry Coakley with surnames starting with H, M, N, O to Dr Lisa Gibbons
• Patients registered with Dr Barry Coakley with surnames starting with I to Dr Joe Mays
• Patients registered with Dr Barry Coakley with surnames starting with J to K to Dr Susie Pathmanathan
• Patients registered with Dr Barry Coakley with surnames starting with V, Q to Dr Charlotte Benning

Patients registered at Underhilll Surgery registered with Dr Kevin Douglas and Dr Barry Coakley will now be registered with Dr Joe Mays.
