Brilliant practice, lovely people

Whenever I attend the practice or have a telephone consultation the healthcare professionals are on time and resolve issues in a pleasant and efficient manner. They are a team of competent and lovely people and I would highly recommend this practice to potential patients.

Always Awesome

I am relatively new to this Surgery but have been amazed, surprised and overwhelmed with how it is run and the patience, kindness and support of the staff. Breath of fresh air. I call it my new health & social club although, touch wood, I do not have to frequent it too often. Thank you.

Overall Extremely Good GP Practice

Overall this is extremely good GP practice, I’m usually able to get through to the surgery via telephone without much of an issue, I may have to wait a minute or 2 but I think this is more than acceptable. I’m usually able to make an appointment on the day if it’s an emergency as such, and more than likely can make an appointment within a week if required. The staff are always extremely professional, kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, I’m a person that suffers with long-term health issues and require to visit the doctors on more occasions than I’d like, therefore I know they do an extremely good job, as I have extensive experience in attending this GP practice. The GPs themselves always involve me with any decisions about treatment and provide me with great detail of what the next steps will be.
